About Our Consulting Service
Our 4CAST Personality Profiling® assessment technology allows us to rapidly evaluate and optimize any team or management structure in an organization, including its senior executive management team, and improve the quality of an organization's workforce. It can also be used to uncover unknown employee insider threats buried within the organization, without the need for employee testing or interviews.
About Our Training
Our 4CAST Personality Profiling® and Threat Modeling class teaches students a variety of undercover personality profiling methods which can be used to rapidly and comprehensively assess the risk profile of workforce personnel or other investigation subjects, without the need for interviews or testing.
This course teaches class participants how to understand subjects under evaluation, versus merely testing them. Students leave our class able to covertly obtain a detailed understanding of any given subject's personality traits, character flaws, hidden internal conflicts, personal limitations and concealed goals and motivations, without the subject's knowledge or willful cooperation.
Our personality profiling process at its most basic level can be used to improve the quality of an organization's workforce, or to uncover unknown employee insider threats buried within the organization. At the far end of the spectrum, the most advanced edition of our class is directly applicable to the needs of government agencies and defense contractors who are engaged in intelligence, counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism.
